1. Who we are
RiskOps is provided by KETLEX SOLUTIONS LTD, registered in England & Wales, company number 14233282. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to act for any organisation you add to the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. API access must stay within any published rate limits.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you submit.
5. AI output and no advice
RiskOps generates drafts and suggestions using AI. These are starting points requiring your review and judgement. The platform does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice, and you remain responsible for your risk decisions and regulatory obligations.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance through our payment provider on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Statutory consumer cancellation rights are unaffected where they apply.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
